Almost all of us have taken a lot of exams since we were knee-high to grasshoppers.

Like  Final examination, IELTS(International English Language Testing System)，ACCA(Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and so on.

Only by passing those tests and getting the official certifications can you show that you are the person who has professional level.

But then again, we have also got loads of professional knowledge after studying for the exams. So, there is a question, do you think every couple needs to take a “mom-dad” exam before they decide to have a baby?

There are many great parents all over the world, however, there is a cluster of bad parents existing at the same time.

Very often tragedies occur on children every day, they hurt by abusing, they died by abandoning. Without exception，they all have unqualified parents.

The true thing is, parents not born as parents, they need to learn how to become good mothers and fathers, maybe they even need examinations to test if they would do well.

However, someone argues that parents do not have to take exams, because they will know how to take care of their babies as long as they give birth. It’s human nature to become parents at the appropriate age.
